Booking & Payments

We do not charge a separate call-out fee, but we do have a minimum charge for all jobs to cover our time and travel to your location.

Yes, we provide free, no-obligation quotes on every job, so you know exactly what the cost will be before any work begins. We can also provide an on-site quote before starting work and then proceed with the job on the same day if you’d like, to save you time and multiple appointments.

Payment is required upon completion of the work. We accept a range of payment methods, including EFT (direct bank transfer), Stripe, cash, debit card, and credit card. We can also set up payment terms for account-holding customers who have been pre-approved.

For any quoted jobs that require us to order specific materials, we will require a deposit before we can place the order and schedule the work.

Yes, you can. We are happy to install products that you supply. However, please know that our vehicles are heavily stocked with high-quality parts, so we can often supply most of the common products you might need on the day, saving you the hassle of a trip to the store.
